Waterproof DL200 (DRY LOCK) Housing for Canon EOS R digital camera
A new-generation housing that provides excellent handling. The transparent Lexan rear door allows for checking the proper positioning of the camera body and control levers within the housing. The specially formulated gray color reflects sunlight to offer better cooling for the camera, especially for devices that record in 4K. Compared to black or transparent housings, the gray color provides superior contrast for better viewing of the LCD screen. The levers and buttons enable the use of almost all of the camera's original controls. A flash connection, through a waterproof connector, allows for the use of an external flash from the Ikelite range, DS51, 125, 160, 161. The sync cable inhibits the camera's internal flash from firing, significantly increasing battery life. To use TTL, a separate TTL hotshoe converter must be purchased. The extra-large, flexible zoom control allows for fine and precise focal length adjustments. The housing comes with a 1/2" vacuum valve for testing the system's seal before each dive (Manual pump for vacuum sold separately). Ideal for diving, water sports like surfing, and use in the pool.

Compatible External Flashes:
Using an external flash is recommended and enhances color rendition and subject exposure. Using a flash with fiber optic triggering is not possible with this housing.
To utilize TTL functionality for Ikelite flashes, an electronic TTL converter CANON CT1 (ref. IKE 46075) must be purchased separately.
Recommended flashes include:

- Flash DS160 II (TTL with converter CT1 46075 and Manual)
- Flash DS230 (TTL with converter CT1 46075 and Manual)
- Inon S220 (manual mode only)
