This complete solution includes the 10-bar air production source and the separating membrane. When coupled with a High-Pressure compressor, it can deliver a flow rate of 15 m³/h of NITROX mixture at atmospheric pressure up to 38%.

The Coltri LP Rotary Silent 250 compressor system consists of an industrial screw compressor that supplies air at a pressure of 10 bars and a flow rate of 57 m³/h to a PARKER nitrogen and oxygen separating membrane.

The output oxygen percentage can be adjusted from 28% to 32% using a valve accessible on the front of the compressor.

The 57 m³/h flow rate from the screw compressor allows for an output flow rate of approximately 15 m³/h of Nitrox at 38% at atmospheric pressure after passing through the membrane.

This obtained mixture is then drawn by a High-Pressure compressor (not included in the offer) and can be compressed up to a pressure of 250 bars.

Maximum Nitrox percentages based on the flow rate of the High-Pressure compressor:

Depending on the flow rate of the High-Pressure compressor associated with the LP250 compressor, the following Nitrox percentages can be obtained:

  • High-Pressure compressors up to 15 m3/h: maximum 32%
  • High-Pressure compressors up to 19 m3/h: maximum 30%
  • High-Pressure compressors up to 36 m3/h: maximum 28%

  • 1 refrigerated air dryer
  • 1 low-pressure Nitrox analyzer
