This complete solution includes a 13-bar air production source and the separating membrane. When coupled with a High-Pressure compressor, it can deliver a flow rate of 19.8 m3/h of NITROX mixture at atmospheric pressure up to 40%.

The COLTRI LP300 compressor system consists of an industrial screw compressor that provides air at a pressure of 12 bars and a flow rate of 65 m3/h to a nitrogen and oxygen separating membrane.

The output oxygen percentage can be adjusted from 31% to 40% using a valve accessible directly on top of the compressor.

The 65 m3/h flow rate from the screw compressor allows for an output flow rate of approximately 18-19 m3/h of Nitrox at 40% at atmospheric pressure after passing through the membrane.

This obtained mixture is then drawn by a High-Pressure compressor (not included in the offer) and can be compressed up to a pressure of 250 bars.

Maximum Nitrox percentages based on the flow rate of the High-Pressure compressor:

Depending on the flow rate of the High-Pressure compressor associated with the LP300 compressor, the following Nitrox percentages can be obtained:

• High-Pressure compressors up to 20 m3/h: maximum 40%
• High-Pressure compressors up to 28 m3/h: maximum 36%
• High-Pressure compressors up to 40 m3/h: maximum 32%
